PRIDEful w/ evian
context
This PRIDE celebration transformed the end of Austin’s downtown parade route into an all-day destination for connection, celebration, and community. The experience was designed in two parts: a daytime activation, in collaboration with evian, welcoming parade-goers with music, complimentary evian water, and cooling misters, followed by a late-night PRIDE after-party featuring DJs, themed cocktails, and a vibrant photo experience.

the ask
The goal was to create an energetic, welcoming experience that could transition seamlessly from daytime parade activation to nighttime celebration while keeping guests engaged throughout the day. The creative needed to make a strong visual impact in a high-traffic downtown environment while incorporating hydration, entertainment, photo opportunities, and purposeful programming that supported the LGBTQIA+ community.
the solution
I helped develop and bring the experience to life across both the daytime activation and evening after-party, creating a cohesive PRIDE-inspired environment through spatial styling, entertainment programming, photo moments, branded details, and experiential elements. The daytime experience incorporated LGBTQ+ live music talent, complimentary evian water and facial spray, cooling misters, and a face-gem artist station where professional drag queens added glitter and sparkle to parade-goers. The evening transformed into a different indoor/outdoor space with a themed photo area with a professional photographer, PRIDE cocktails, and LGBTQ+ DJ programming. The event also incorporated community impact, with cocktail proceeds benefiting OutYouth, connecting the celebration to a meaningful local cause.
